Baked Salmon with Horseradish and pickle sauce

This is the process of baking salmon. The first photo is the horseradish sauce I bought. The second photo is grated potatoes to be mixed with horseradish sauce (add little pepper) to put on top of the salmon before baking. The yellow onions are very very nice and sweet (but realised it was so expensive when i was at the pay counter!!!) The raw salmon of course!

Marinate the salmon with pepper for few minutes. Salmon is salty by itself, so don't add any salt! After the horseradish is put on top, put the salmon on a caserole and baked it - sprinkle a little olive oil. put the rest of the vege (sprinkle olive oil) on the side of the caserole and baked all of it together - about 150 C for 45 minutes. Easy recipe!
Pickle sauce (optional):
Gerkins pickles, mayo sauce, mustard sauce, dill (chop finely), chives (chop finely), spring onion (chop finely), lemon juice, salt & pepper. Mix all in & ready to serve next to baked salmon.
