Thanks to my dear twin sis, Stephanie voon- yup - that's right- we both got the exact same name & hapeen to be in PJ !!! it was her REAL sis's daughter Vanessa's 1st birthday! so the cupcakes were the birthday cake instead! She order 2 boxes- the first box is Lemon Poppy Seed Almond. Very good feedback from her - she said it was all vanished as it was so pretty & yummy!! Thanks again Steph!!

cupcake 11

This is the FIRST box of orders I received - nicely tucked in a box of 16 - all so pretty!! My first customer is Wendy - i really want to thank her for giving me the chance & courage to actually sell! she keep on asking me the price & i was so shy to say as she is my friend!
Moreover i didnt think much on the pricing as i didnt do much comparison with the shops either! so i just put he pricing. But the time factor, the gas & electricity was al worth it after seeing my creations! I felt even better to get the feedback from Wendy - she mentioned that it was just nice- not sweet - thus the older folks like it! the kids loved it coz of the pretty deco! Thanks Wendy!

cupcake 10

this simple yellow twirl deco on the cupcake - sprinkled with chocolate rice around it added more uummpphh!!

cupcake 9

This is my very FIRST order of cupcakes! I was so excited that i couldn't sleep for 1 week till the day i delivered the cupcakes safely!! i had to crack my head on what deco to do! my friend requested some simple deco with less sugar & less icing! thus the sugar i had to cut down 80%!!! then i let my imagination flow!

Cupcakes

This is my first time making cupcakes! It was a challenge for me as my friend's kid's party & i had to check a few websites to learn more about cupcakes recipe & deco on buttercream icing. I had learned from my church friend- Kim before & had bought a few icing sets & coupler. But that was in a class with 25 people!

the chocolate cupcake basic was ok- not too sweet but could be a little more moist- next time i'll cut down the time in oven. Sweetness i did cut 10% from original recipe!

This photo of the yellow twirl with a few coloured stars as deco as the easiest to do! simple & nice too! I can put any colours i want!
